Wei Chin took care of us since the beginning and guide us through whole process. There are a few showrooms available for us to see the actual materials.
Even though it took a while to finish the job, it was already explained in the beginning and since we split the wardrobe and kitchen work, it added up to the whole process.
There were a few teams that came over to do the cabinets and the tabletop. QC team will come after that to make sure the job is done well and they did repair the work that was not satisfactory to their standard.

I would highly recommend Wey Cin to anyone! 😄 As a new homeowner, I appreciated how Wey Cin was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process - from advising & explaining on materials, helping us with our designs, and answering any queries that we had promptly 🫶🏻 This definitely stood out to us as compared to other service providers in the market.

5 stars for product, customer service, and after sales service (which i feel is super important in malaysia where most aftersales is crap). Project was delivered exactly and i felt even better than given 3d design. Easy, effective and no hassle job done. Kudos to the team! My project manager is Wey Cin. Superb job! She managed to handle the project very effectively. Would recommend whoever wants to do house project, please approach her. She is the kind of employee that deserves a raise and year bonus ( Boss, please take note).

I’m very happy with the work done by this carpenter. The quality is top-notch – solid workmanship, attention to detail, and everything was done professionally. On top of that, the branch Manager Mr MC was excellent. Very responsive, friendly, and willing to listen to what I needed. He gave helpful suggestions and made sure everything was completed on time and to my satisfaction.

Finally finished my house renovation with MC (PJ Kelana) after a long 1.5years journey (where their kota Damansara showroom setup and now Kelana jaya undergone renovation) . NEST butler has been my choice since I came across them via internet search , instagram etc after comparing among a few others famous cabinet companies. they had not disappoint me as the installation upon customer confirmation was super quick (less than 2weeks), final product is of high quality , post installation follow-up and rectification services, and also their design met my expectations/idea including hiding columns etc. Wish to thank MC the sales designer for his dedication in following though my renovation journey and making the design I wanted come true. He’d hear me out of my changes, complaints etc without complains, great customer service and he has great humor too! 😂
Improvement point would be their designer should be more detailed to pick up amendment changes etc & drawer depth should be maximize to avoid unused space (wastage) behind the drawers.
